Cold brew
Slow steep, 18 hours, over ice. Smooth enough to forget.
The long steep
Cold brew is patience: coarse coffee in cold water for eighteen hours. The result is smooth, sweet, and low-acid.
Your recipe
dose 100g, ground coarse water 800g cold steep 18 hours in the fridge serve over ice, dilute 1:1 with water or milk
Why it works
Cold water never extracts the bitter compounds heat does, so you get chocolate and caramel with none of the bite.
