Pour over
The ritual cup. Weigh, bloom, pour in slow spirals.
The ritual
Pour over is the slow dance of brewing. A scale, a gooseneck kettle, and a paper filter — that's the whole rig.
Your recipe
dose 20g, ground medium-fine water 300g at 94°C bloom 45s with 60g pour slow spirals to 300g by 3:00
Why it works
The paper filter strips the oils for a clean, tea-like cup. Slow pours keep extraction even, so every bean gives up its best.
